DON’T LET THEM NOT STAND

MPs looking to avoid ridicule and prosecution should be made to run in the next General Election by law.

This would guarantee the best ever turn out in a general election since Bobby Walpole avoided being linked to financial scandal in 1720, guarantee that all the bent, deceitful, immoral crap is swept out of politics (The House of Lords shall remain bent in thanks for services rendered), punish the parties that allowed it’s members to commit the worst crimes against the electorate and hey – it would be fun.

As the spring cleansing process continues to gather its momentum on it’s charge through the worst in banking, the most incompetently run dinosaur companies, crooked insurance chancers and thieving Members of Parliament, can anyone in the UK think anything different than life in Britain, like our legal system, is not about guilty or innocent, it’s all about being found out or not being found out and then winning or losing.

So let’s keep the bent ones in so we can vote them out; with so many people having already lost their jobs where they never had the opportunity to fiddle expenses, replacing three hundred benefit fraudsters shouldn’t be too difficult?
