The MOJ (Ministry of Justice) has released a list of the people that they’ve been least successful at imprisoning. The MOJ refused to name the people even though a large number of them are murderers and rapists because it would be a violation of their Human Rights and we couldn’t have that.As there’s so many of them there’s a good chance that one is living near you but fret not as they’re probably a nice bunch of guys who had perfectly good reasons to do what they did and if they did it now they’d be let off anyway so may as well leave them out.
If you suspect that a dangerous, convicted ‘on the run’ person has marked your card, please contact the office of Suma Chakrabarti - Permanent Secretary and – press 1 for ‘think you’re about to be murdered’, press 2 for ‘going to be murdered very soon and press 3 for ‘know someone who’s just been murdered.
