JEREMY PAXMAN SACKED
Jeremy Paxman has been sacked by the BBC following comments overheard in a Thorntons Chocolate Shop.
Paxman was clearly heard to say “I’m not keen on the dark ones thank you” to an employee of Thorntons. The BBC demanded a written apology from Paxman who refused claiming that he was “referring to chocolates”. This excuse for an apology has been refused by the BBC Board which has acted quickly to avoid confusion.
The Director of the Race Relations Board called Paxman’s comment “stupid and clumsy”. “A man in Paxman’s position should know better than to bring race into a simple act of buying confectionary; if the Nazi can be believed that is”.

WELL DONE PIERRE
A big thank you to Pierre, Jean Paul, Luc and Marco, the four Froggie fishermen for starving Britain of goods over the last few days - that's not 'French' at all is it?
