It all started today with British Home Secretary Jacqui Smith's confession: "I'm not proud about it. I did the wrong thing."She's referring to, of course, smoking cannabis - way back during her youthful indiscretions. You see, Ms. Smith is spearheading an effort to toughen cannabis laws in Britain, and so she was asked about her own history. But her admission wasn't the last of the day. As of this writing, six other members of the British cabinet have made similar confessions.
