A: It's just a suggestion but 'PHS Wastetech Limited' is a possibility.
The scam like 'sale' operates by getting a naive sucker company manager/owner to sign a document (contract) that gives the impression of being a fixed price service agreement for rubbish collection services (it's all in the small print).
The contract then allows the well organised grime team (administration department) at PHS Wastetech Limited to systematically increase the so called ‘service charges’ up to six times those originally agreed to whilst preventing the naïve sucker customer an opportunity to escape without even more crippling charges being levied (it's all in the small print).
When the naïve sucker customer disagrees to the ever increasing charges, the well organised grime team (administration department) at PHS Wastetech Limited then puts its highly practiced court proceedings procedure into operation (it's all in the small print).
When you’re next out and about spending your hard earned money, look for the PHS bins and remember that the company using them probably likes to buy things on the cheap and is likely run by a stupid sucker.
Don’t take my word for it – google ‘PHS Wastetech fined’ or click HERE

PHS Wastetech Limited is a very well organised company operating within the grime/waste industry and is a wholly owned part of the PHS Group. For further details you can also google 'BBC Face the Facts' (it's all in the small print).
