According to BBC Berkshire news, fly-tipping is costing Wokingham Borough Council £50,000 a year in clean up costs (quote: Pete Baveystoke).
I guarantee you that this figure will escalate beyond comprehension following the introduction of their illegal skinny (18 micron) waste packets (sacks) in April this year due to vermin/predator damage of said sacks.
WBC will attempt to charge the householder (you) with any clean up in the name of littering even though they know in advance that this will happen and that they (WBC) are to blame.
