GREEN (LACK OF) ENERGY

Is it not the role of a party in opposition to monitor and pressure national and local government? If this is true then the Green Party has let us all down.

Reading Borough Council and their partners within RE3 are boasting about their exporting formaldehyde containing waste to Kent where some faceless enterprise burns it emitting airborne particulates across the Kentish population yet the Greens by their silence supposedly find this acceptable.

Can you burn formaldehyde and resins safely? Are the emissions safe? How advanced is the technology and what case studies have been reviewed?

I aim this accusation of inactivity and naivety at all of the government’s opposition but the Greens in particular as they seem more concerned with Gypsies in France than waste in Reading.
