GET OUT OF AFGHANISTAN

If troops are required in Afghanistan to halt the threat of terrorism around the world, why is it that the British and American Armies still seem to be the only ones taking the losses?

The threat to the UK is not from the Taliban as we’re repeatedly told but from home grown sleepers in their bedrooms plotting to cause havoc with peroxide weapons. Ipso facto, bring the Army home and spend the money on policing and intelligence.

The only reason we’re still sending our brave soldiers, sailors and airmen to the other side of the world to die with shocking regularity is no more than it gives Gordon Brown’s useless defunkt Government some boasting material on the world stage.

It’s common knowledge to everyone except Gordon the ex Prime Minister in waiting that the main threat to our ill equipped forces comes in the form of improvised explosive devises build to destroy vehicles travelling by road yet again and again we knowingly order British troops out of base in vehicles travelling by road to get blown up – surprise surprise.

Bring the Army home now; sorry Afghanis but we’re not equipped for it.
