A woman looks after her mother throughout the last three years of her mother’s life. Mum pegs it. A will emerges bizarrely leaving all mum and dad’s property and money to the holier than thou RSPCA – the woman was pro fox hunting and couldn’t give a toss about furry beasties.Woman gets the dog and cries foul claiming her mother was clearly forced into signing the will against her wishes by her father (died some time before).
Woman takes the will through the courts and proves to their satisfaction that the dad clearly had less affection for his daughter than he had for anthrax and made his wife (the mother) change an existing will in favour of the self righteous RSPCA especially excluding her (the daughter) from any dosh – the will was overturned.
This case proves two things:
(A) a will written when in possession of all one’s marbles and a husband is worthless
(B) the one hundred million pound income (per year) RSPCA which is considering appealing against the court decision is a money grabbing NGO that’s got too big for it’s boots.
Please don’t donate to the RSPCA, they’ve got more money in their bank account than Jonathan Ross, and the national charity now sees itself as some kind of animal Gestapo.
If you really want to benefit animals try the Cats Protection League, Bluecross or the Dogs Trust – they haven’t forgotten that they’re in it for the animals.
