Reading Borough Council, the environment murdering child unfriendly council (see press for details) allows a person who has had to relocate for work, six months free on their Council Tax.

After six months, despite having been unable to sell the property because banks and councils have invested their money incompetently and with more abandon than a three year old thus causing a global meltdown, Reading Borough Council, the environment murdering child unfriendly council then charges the full council tax amount even though no-one lives in the property and you have moved to another area.

Some may say that Reading Borough Council, the environment murdering child unfriendly council is only being as misanthropic as other shit councils? – I reckon that the council tax payer is funding incompetence and call for a vote of no confidence.
