I wanted to write to you personally about the local elections on Thursday 1st May to Reading Borough Council (taken from mass produced newsletter from Martin Salter).In Reading West, it is nigh on impossible to see where Martin Salter MP and Reading Borough Council have done anything to help the area.
RBC, represented by Tony, Chris and Tom now swing so far to the left, Ghandi would appear relatively Conservative.
The Council, Salter and Reading Magistrates Court now favour the prostitute, the crime committing drug addict and the burglar who had a bad childhood over the Middle English, Council Tax paying wo/man.
Labour has demonstrated that it no longer speaks or cares for the working British person by scrapping the ten pence tax rate and the local manifestation of the party hasn’t been able to agree on the major road in the town throughout it’s occupancy of the Council chair.
So vote anyone but Labour
on Thursday 1st May because just as death is God’s way of saying you’ve overdone it, being voted out of power is our only way of saying Labour is no longer fit for purpose.
