WITNESSES ARE LOSERS

The legal system in the UK is written, arranged and biased toward the criminal from the common burglar through to the repeat rapist. If the case ever gets to court (normally about a year later) and it’s a miracle if it does, then the sitting around begins.

Putting aside the inconvenience of mixing with society’s disrespectful trash who’d be no significant loss to the gene pool if run over by a bus, the process involves waiting in a room for three hours before being told that the case has been adjourned as it wasn’t viewed as very important or because the piece of shit defendant didn’t feel well this morning.

Three months later you’ll be called as a witness again and who knows, if you’re lucky you may waste five hours sitting about and then you’ll be able to claim £2.25 for the loss of earnings having already lost the will to live. Once you’ve endured the second sitting you’re more likely to be a priority next time round which should by then be about two years after the event.

At no time will you ever be made to feel anything other than an annoyance and you can rely on being looked down upon by the Magistrates. The moral of this story is:- it probably won’t go to court, if it does only you will be inconvenienced, you’ll be out of pocket, and no-one cares because the crims are the new victims in our society.
