If you telephone Wokingham Borough Council’s helpline you get a message owning up to a massive overload in traffic due to their new shitty waste sack stealth tax scam.
The over-ruling Conservatives response to the complaints is that the majority of people understand the new waste strategy and the need to recycle more to be good citizens, intimating that those unhappy with the new sacks are stupid, selfish and common.
Labour’s ‘don’t address the message, attack the messenger’ policy has been lapped up by the Conservatives in Wokingham who are certainly not value for money and are definitely not on our side however they can be again once we’ve bloodied their noses in the only way they understand – by voting out the local not fit for purpose incumbent Tory Charlotte Haitham Taylor.
Cllr Haitham-Taylor said: “I don’t actually live that close to Wokingham....”
