IS IT BECAUSE I IS AN IDIOT?
Like everybody else I’m amazed over the debate whether Warren ‘is it because I is black’ Swaine was being racist and whether the remark necessitated his going?
I’m against perceived racism continuously being taken to be actual racism when it isn’t. This case however is a clear cut case of oh yes it was. Racism cannot be accidental and this was not accidental. Racism can only ever be intentional and this was intentional.
As to the severity of the remark – that’s irrelevant. No doubt he’s regretting the stupid comment and probably feels hard done by – well it's a cruel world – he should have known better in the dog eat dog environment of council.

Because clearly you are judging intentional racism - and there I was thinking all along that muppets were designed as multi-coloured specifically to avoid racial designations!

I don't think that Warren's remark was worthy of the flack he got but I'm not a purile twat councillor.
His comment was however intentionally race based in a negative way and therefore racist.
In all honesty I think he's probably sitting at home glad to be away from the bunch of arseholes within RBC.
Just to add - I like Warren Swaine and his attitude.
