SIMON LAWRENCE & TREVOR BIRDLast week whilst having his arse bountifully licked and stroked by the laughable infantile turds like the Benn baby representing Haselmere on Sea or wherever, Brown said “the voters will suspend judgement whilst we’re in a recession” – bollocks – this country needs a regime change now for the following reasons:-
The family of a man killed when he was knocked off his motorbike by a failed asylum seeker has to fight their own case to have the killer driver deported.
Simon Lawrence died in June last year after Jean Renee Mukadi crashed into him while driving a Toyota car without a licence or any insurance.
Mukadi was jailed for four months but was not sent back to the Democratic Republic of Congo as Home Office rules dictate that only criminals with serious gun and drug offences, or any custodial sentence exceeding a year, are automatically deported.
Thirty-four-year-old Jason Doyle of Tadley struck pedestrians 52-year-old Trevor Bird and his 25-year-old son Peter whilst he was using his mobile phone and under the influence of cocaine and alcohol killing Mr Bird and severely injuring his son before fleeing the scene and then returning to his crashed BMW and reversing over the dead body of Mr Bird while his son lay injured some distance away.
Judge Keith Cutler described Mr Doyle’s actions as “brutal, insensitive and appalling.” “You looked after your own skin, you ran away and then you realised you could still be detected so you came back and tried to move your car from the scene”.
As there was not enough evidence to prove that Mr Doyle had been using his mobile phone at the time of the crash and had been under the influence of cocaine and alcohol, Jason Doyle was sentenced to four years.
It now seems to be the norm in Britain that if you or your loved ones are murdered, the person who takes your life will get a suspended sentence or a jail sentence of no more than four years. The Labour government clearly values your life less than it values the rights of a failed asylum seeker from the Congo.
The Labour Party is running a broken economy with a warped legal system that supports the criminal, the addict, the burglar and the mugger from a broken home over and above the burgled, the mugged and the person who owns a home.
