FREE KNIVES

If you’re the sort of person that likes stabbing people, and to your horror you find that some do-gooder has gone and handed over your favourite twelve inch kitchen knife in some Police Amnesty, fret not.

Pop yourself down to your local Morrisons Supermarket etc and before long you’ll be given a FREE stainless steel, stay sharp vegetable knife as part of a ‘demonstration’.

Supermarkets regard themselves as ‘controlled, safe environments’. Take one controlled environment and add one unstable person. Now take one controlled environment with an unstable person in it and give away thirty stainless steel knives. Now hope you’re not shopping there at the time.

These knife giveaways lack basic common sense intelligence, they’re totally needless and promoted by companies that put profit making gimmicks before the welfare of the community living around their stores. If you’re in a store and this ‘potential’ weapon giveaway takes place – complain.

Giving away knives is a stabbing waiting to happen and the first supermarket shown to be the supplier of a weapon used in the stabbing of one of its customers deserves to face prosecution as an accomplice.
