An asylum seeker - Jean Mukadi received a forty three day sentence this week for the killing of decorated Royal Marine whom he hit whilst cruising in his uninsured car that had no tax or MOT and he hadn’t bothered to get a driving licence. we’re not sending the killer back or punishing him any more than that because it would be against his human rights.
