The smackhead living in our building has tampered with the gas supply trying to steal gas.
The smackhead living in our building sells crack throughout the night.
But we should be sympathetic because he’s obviously had bad parents, a bad experience, bad diet or something making him not responsible.
Our experiences such as losing ten thousand plus on our properties, walking past dog muck every day, the hallway stinking of urine, dealers interrogating us when we come home at night etc are irrelevant. We care in Britain and should treat these poor people as victims.

I assume that the smack head you refer to is paying a rent, or at least someone is?
Find out who pays the rent for them to be there and report them to the council, unless of course, it's the council paying the rent.
Reading Borough Council is paying the rent even though they are aware that the smackhead is breaking into other flats and dealing cocaine from the premises.
The smack head wants to ruin everyones life, it's the soul function. A never ending spree of continued destruction and error. Just hang on to your seat because the planet may not hold out much longer..
lol i know alot of smackheads and there all disgusting, but what would you rather? sleeping on the streets with nothing but a terrible addiction thats draining your life away having to scavenge food,
OR
at least earn a living by dealing cokaine or whatever he is dealing
to try and live a decent life,
if you really are a harsh enough person to try and take his home away from him then i hope you understand how much people like me hate you =)
Being hated is all relative - if you (someone who knows a lot of smackheads) hates me then I take that as mission accomplished.
If he is on heroin and you take hes home away you are evil hes home is probably all he has left in the world and you want to take that away descusting)

But we should be sympathetic because he's obviously had rich uncaring parents ,bad diet or something making him not responsible.
If a smackhead does not want to enter treatment then why should I or anybody else pay for or be sympathetic to their plight?
